Masks
As of April 4, 2022, wearing a mask in public indoor settings is not required by public health. The Provincial Health Officer (PHO) recommends the use of medical masks by both RMTs and patients when there is close, in-person patient/therapist contact.

I will continue to wear a mask and prefer my patients to wear a mask when not face-down on the massage table.

New Clients
Please fill out and submit the 3-online forms (health history, mandatory waiver, and covid-prescreening forms) prior to your first appointment. See “New to Massage Therapy?” for more info.

Appointments
Please be on time for your appointment. Your scheduled session cannot be extended.

Receipts
An email receipt will be issued on the date of the appointment, and only the name of the person for whom treatment was provided will appear on the receipt.

Cancelations
24-hours’ notice is required to cancel/reschedule your appointment.
Missed appointments will be charged the cost of the service booked.
