Lindsay uses myofascial techniques, trigger point release, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and gentle joint adjustments to help create space for your body’s own healing.
Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Lindsay’s interest in massage therapy stems from a love of working with people and a fascination with the human body and movement.
