Please fill out and submit the 2-online forms (health history, and mandatory waiver forms) prior to your first appointment. See “New to Massage Therapy?” for more info.

Appointments
Please be on time for your appointment. Your scheduled session cannot be extended.

Receipts
A receipt will be issued on the date of the appointment, and only the name of the person for whom treatment was provided will appear on the receipt.

Cancelations
48-hours’ notice is required to cancel/reschedule your appointment.
Missed appointments will be charged the cost of the service booked.
