Direct Billing

Insurance Corporation of BC (ICBC)
I can direct bill ICBC, but have a limited number of cases I can oversee at a given time; please send a request for ICBC treatments to lindsayleong.rmt@gmail.com
- ICBC customers who choose to visit a therapist that charges a higher rate than what ICBC funds under accident benefits will be responsible for paying the user fee portion, which they may submit to their private health insurer for consideration of coverage.
- Treatment frequency will be based on clinical recommendations. Multiple sessions provided by the same discipline, on the same day, will not be funded.
- ICBC will not pay for no-show appointments.
Medical Service Plan (MSP) – Supplementary Benefits
I am an opted-out practitioner; this means you must pay the full amount of the service booked, then you can submit you claim for reimbursement. MSP will reimburse you $23 per visit for a combined annual limit of 10 visits each calendar year including: massage therapy, chiropractic, physiotherapy, naturopathy, and non-surgical podiatry.
