Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete an intake form. Your answers will help me give you the best possible treatment.
Appointments
Please be on time for your appointment as your scheduled treatment cannot be extended.
Receipts
A receipt will be issued on the date of the appointment (I cannot post-date receipts), and only the name of the person for whom treatment was provided will appear on the receipt.
Cancellations
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Missed appointments will be charged the cost of the service booked.
